Sustainability certifications
Certification systems assure that the sustainability of buildings are measurable and the ecological, economic and social added values of a building in a comprehensible and recordable manner.
The areas of potential that are considered through a sustainable construction range from improvement to the environmental balance, operating costs and life cycle costs through to enhanced user acceptance and to an increase in the value of certified buildings. Integration of a certification process at an early stage facilitates the cost-effective and time-neutral implementation of many measures.
Certification systems
With our sustainability experts, we can provide certification services for all relevant systems: DGNB, BNB, NBBW, PASSIVHAUS, LEED and BREEAM. We produce the evidence required to substantiate the environmental balance, the life cycle cost calculations, concepts relating to the quality of air inside a building and measurements of interior acoustics etc.
We can assist with the selection of the most suitable certification system for your project, and with implementation within the context of a design concept, either in a new-build or in an existing building.
