The main content involves taking charge of functions that the customer is able to delegate:
- Creation and coordination of the schedule for the entire project
- Setting up and monitoring organisational plans, schedules and payment plans with reference to the project and to those involved in the project
- An ongoing flow of information to the customer about progress on the project and obtaining decisions from the customer in a timely manner
