Al Maryah Island FLS project

This Fire & Life Safety Fit-out project holds 2.5km of two-tier tunnel roads with comprehensive security and safety systems, alongside new technical buildings, transformers, and generators. Obermeyer played a pivotal role, overseeing comprehensive design and on-site supervision of Fire & Life Safety compliance for service roads & related utilities. A key aspect of our success lies in the innovative design and execution, integrating advanced ventilation, lighting, smoke detection, CCTV security, fire suppression systems, and comprehensive control measures.
