Located in Masdar City, the hub of sustainability in the capital, this facility covers three floors and includes a library with digital and physical resources, office areas, and a learning center. The project is a benchmark for sustainable living, integrating comfort and indoor air quality, achieving LEED Gold and Estidama 4 Pearls certification.
