The DEWA Headquarters represents a pinnacle in sustainable architecture as a net-zero Energy office building.

The building encompasses a basement, a ground floor, parking across four storeys, and 15 floors dedicated to office space for up to 5,000 occupants. It is distinguished by hosting the world's largest solar roof, spanning 22,000 sqm of integrated photovoltaic modules. Generating 6,700 MWh annually and maintaining low energy consumption, it's set to achieve Al Sa’fat Platinum, LEED Platinum, WELL Silver, and Feng Shui certifications.
