Successful Together - Next Step towards ONE Obermeyer

Following the launch of our new global website at the end of March 2026 - including the presentation of our Vision, Mission, global Core Values, and a first glimpse of the new Corporate Design - Obermeyer is now taking the next step towards a more unified global brand presence and continued success in designing for generations ahead.

As part of this development, the Czech company OBERMEYER HELIKA a.s. has been renamed to Obermeyer a.s., and the German company OBERMEYER Infrastruktur GmbH & Co. KG has been renamed to Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG.

At the same time, a new leadership structure is being introduced in Germany, Jens Ulrich assuming the role of CEO of Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG - Dr. Karsten Gruber moving into the position of Executive Director, and Joachim Ernst into the position of Finance Director.

Alongside these name changes, the new Obermeyer logo will be introduced across both entities as the next phase in the rollout of the new Corporate Design. Further steps will follow soon.

These developments continue the evolution towards ONE Obermeyer - building on our shared identity and creating a clearer and more consistent presence across the Group.
