Obermeyer China 3 projects won 2025 Asia Urban Renewal Awards
AURA aims to identify and highlight outstanding projects and development models in urban renewal—ones that boast innovation, exemplariness, and promotional value. Additionally, it commends governance paradigms, works, technologies, and individuals that drive progress and set examples for urban sustainable development, functional enhancement, ecological improvement, cultural heritage preservation, and refined governance.

The 2025 Asia Urban Renewal Awards (AURA) Ceremony concluded successfully in Shanghai on November 21st, 2025. Standing out with three high-quality projects, Obermeyer claimed three prestigious awards and was invited to this industry gala. The event gathered over 180 outstanding representatives from domestic and international developers, operating companies, architects, landscape designers, industry association delegates and judges, who jointly witnessed the unveiling of all honors.
