Nongfu Spring Hengzhou Jasmine Tea Factory
Hengzhou in Guangxi, known as the Hometown of Jasmine in China and the World Jasmine Capital, has a jasmine planting history of over 400 years. Its jasmine output accounts for more than 80% of China’s total and over 60% of the global total, making it a core hub for the jasmine tea industry.

The Nongfu Spring Hengzhou Jasmine Tea Factory in Guangxi, the core jasmine production base in China, is nearing completion. With a site area of 59,637 m² and a total GFA of 138,000 m², this modern industrial complex integrates intelligent manufacturing, processing, logistics, office facilities and industrial tourism.

As the architectural designer, OBERMEYER provided full-process design and professional construction consultancy, adhering to compact, efficient and eco-friendly design principles. The project achieves optimized spatial layout and clear functional zoning with separated production, logistics and visitor circulations. The light green color scheme and refined details including wave-style facades, sky bridges and viewing platforms allow the architecture to blend naturally into the surrounding jasmine fields.

Scheduled to open in early 2026, the factory is set to become a leading demonstration base for intelligent jasmine tea production.
