d-fine, office conversion and expansion

As part of the expansion of office space in the headquarters of d-fine GmbH, consultancy support was provided in relation to modern forms of office space with the focus on multi-space offices and non-territorial working practices.

A fully integrated design concept based on the Corporate Design of the company was devised for the leased floor areas. This also included the creation of floor area variants with associated appointment scenarios based on the requirements relating to flexibility, the interdependence of departments and growth forecasts for the office premises.

Using the BIM method for planning, it was possible in advance to do a virtual walk-around of the new premises with the customer and to arrive at a shared understanding of the construction assignment. QR codes of individual spaces supplemented the planning coordination process.
