This contract included the planning and realisation of a new water treatment plant with a storage tank to secure water supply.
The plant comprises the building including a new drinking water reservoir in solid construction consisting of a two-chamber system with a usable volume of 1,000 m³ each as well as an upstream technical centre housing the treatment plant, the pump and piping technology as well as the entire I&C-technology. The processing of the raw water to drinkable water includes hardening and deacidification via four calcium carbonate filters and, if required, treatment with UV rays. The plant can be operated fully automatically and has a treatment capacity of up to 150 m³/h.
OBERMYER planned the overall measure and supervised the construction implementation, including health and safety coordination.
The production costs amount to approx. 2,200,000 €.
