Expansion of the business field project management: OBERMEYER with new branch office in Wiesbaden
On November 1, 2023, OBERMEYER Infrastructure GmbH & Co. KG will open a branch office with a focus on project control and project management in Wiesbaden. Tobias Güth, who is transferring from the competition and brings many years of experience in this business field as well as in the establishment and management of branch offices, will take over the management. The search for personnel has already started successfully.
“With the opening of the branch office in Wiesbaden, we are consistently on course for growth and reach an important milestone in the further development of the Southwest region,” explains Dr.-Ing. Karsten Gruber, Managing Director of OBERMEYER Infrastructure. “In addition to the classic planning business, we want to position the new location in the ‘boom region’ Rhine-Main as a strong nucleus for the topics of project control and project management as well as in the internal control of our planning projects.”
Branch manager Tobias Güth comes from Mailänder Consult, where he held various management positions in recent years. He has many years of expertise in project management in the implementation phase as well as project management in the planning phase. In the future, his responsibilities will include resource management, organization, coordination and further development of the site with all assigned departments as well as economic success on the market.
In the field of project management for infrastructure measures, OBERMEYER Infrastructure is already successfully involved in major projects for DB AG, among others at the Dresden site in the “Saxony-Franconia Magistrale”. Further major prestigious projects are already waiting for the employees in Wiesbaden. To ensure a smooth start to daily business, the team is being expanded. The first staff additions have already been made – 4 new colleagues will start by January 2024 – and more will follow.
